The WOSTEP 1800 Hour Programme is centred on preparing the student to provide routine service of standard type products (both mechanical and electronic) through the identification and exchange of defective components in supervised roles. Graduates are able to service and encase various standard type contemporary products.
This is a full-time course recognised by the Convention Patronale (CP) as being equivalent to the Swiss CFC 3 year watch repair educational program. The course is taught over one calendar year, with Monday to Friday teaching hours between 8am and 5 pm (40 hours per week). Courses take place annually (e.g. 2023, 2024, 2025 etc.). Courses begin January with applications closing 1st July each year.
Graduates from the 1800 Hour Programme can be expected to be competent in:
Repairs are made by fault identification and replacement of components (rather than repair/manufacture of components). Graduates are ideally suited to working with contemporary calibres where spare parts are easily accessible.

Course fees for this course are £9,000, additionally students must purchase a complete tool kit priced at £2,700*. The total cost of this course is £11,700*.
The course and toolkit fees cover all essential tools, training materials and examinations necessary to complete the course. Upon graduation the toolkit remains the property of the student.
